Excellent breakfast with local specialties

Liked our stay in this interesting hotel with the pleasant stuff. The location of the property was comfortable and good as we where so close to the town centre and historic sites.

Comfortable bedding in the room enhanced sleep quality. Breakfast offered a decent variety, enough to start the day right.

Shower height was inconvenient, with an uncurtained large window that let in way too much light. The room's noise insulation left much to be desired. Street lights were blinding and disturbances from neighboring rooms echoed through the walls.

What you should know

The friendly staff, and the breakfast was a good array of cold meats and pastries. The location was also a bonus, close to the town and motorway.

Beware of inconsistent wifi connectivity and complicated room door locks that could potentially disrupt your experience.

Stayed one night and honestly, was greeted by a receptionist who looked like she couldn't care less. The room was a disaster with a mattress protector that was more holes than fabric. I almost walked back out when I saw the dirty hallway. And don't even get me started on the smoking outside my door. Should've gotten a discount for this torture.

The room was recently refurbished with excellent double glazing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection including fresh pastries and cold meats.

The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast spread was amazing. Loved the variety, especially the fresh pastries! Only thing was the room could have used a little more soundproofing. A cozy place, especially for families with kids.
